AI AT WORK · IN PERSON · STEVENAGE

Tell us what eats your week.
We'll build the session around it.

Missed calls. The same questions answered again and again. Quotes and follow-ups that slip. Admin that takes longer than it should.

A hands-on, three-hour evening workshop for business owners, leaders and professionals. Before the night, a short questionnaire tells us what gets in the way. We build the session around the most common problems, then pick the tools. Often they are ones you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Copilot.

A practical working session from Online Web Presence, an outcomes-led digital consultancy for UK owner-led businesses and organisations.

No jargon. No AI hype.No three hours of slides.

Bring your laptop. We'll work through the common problems together,
and you take the templates back to work.

Most AI advice starts with the tool. Useful work starts with the problem.

You may already pay for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Copilot. The harder question is which problem to point them at, and where a person still needs to check the result. These are the common problems we expect to work through together. The questionnaires tell us which matter most to the group, and you apply each one to your own situation as we go.

  • 01Missed calls. Calls go unanswered while you are busy with a customer. In the session, we map how calls come in and what callers need, and you leave knowing the realistic options and what they cost. Phone answering is not something we build on a laptop in three hours.
  • 02The same questions, again and again. Prices, availability, how to book, what to send. In the session, we build a set of ready replies and FAQs together, and you adapt them to your own business so you can check them and use them straight away.
  • 03Quotes and follow-ups that slip. In the session, we build a quote and follow-up template and a simple routine for chasing, which you set up in the tools you already have.
  • 04Messy admin. Notes, forms and paperwork that take longer than they should. In the session, we take a typical admin task, break it into steps and build a quicker way to do it, with a person checking the result. You then apply the same steps to one of your own tasks.
  • 05Copying data between systems. The same details typed into a spreadsheet, a CRM and an invoice. In the session, we show how to map where the data goes and what could be connected, so you leave knowing whether your version is a quick fix or a job that needs proper setup and budget.
  • 06Inbox overload. In the session, we set up a way to sort emails, summarise long threads and draft replies with the tools you have, and you still decide what gets sent.

You will work on your business, not watch someone else use AI.

STEP 001

Diagnose

We take the most common problems from the questionnaires and pin down what happens now, where the time goes, what could go wrong and what a good result looks like.

STEP 002

Build

Together we pick the right tool, often one you already have, and build templates and prompts you adapt to your own work. Where a fix cannot be built in the room, we map it and set out the realistic options instead.

STEP 003

Review

Test the output, add human checks, and decide what is safe to repeat.

Leave with more than notes.

  1. 01A mapped plan for your main problem: what to fix, which tool to use, and what it will cost in time or money
  2. 02Ready-to-use templates and prompts you build in the room
  3. 03AI safety and human-review checklist
  4. 0430-day plan

What you leave with depends on the problems we cover and the tools you have. Some are fixed in the room. Others, like phone answering, are mapped so you know the realistic options and costs.

The most useful part starts before the workshop.

Your questionnaire tells us what gets in the way in your working week, roughly how many hours it takes, and how confidently you use AI today. We review everyone's answers together and build the session around the most common problems.

Keep the detail safe.

Please do not include confidential client information, personal data, legally privileged material or sensitive case information. Describe the type of problem rather than sharing identifiable details.

A good fit

  • Something in your working week takes longer than it should.
  • You can bring a laptop and take part.
  • You want practical judgement, not AI theatre.

Not the best fit

  • You want a passive product demonstration.
  • You want to hand over responsibility for checking AI output.
  • You intend to share confidential case material.

AI at Work is delivered by Online Web Presence, an outcomes-led digital consultancy serving established UK owner-led service businesses and organisations.

The workshop takes the same approach: start with the problems that cost people time, then find the most practical way to fix them.
